Our quality promise

We produce all products according to strict quality standards. Products are made of high-quality materials and for this reason, they are particularly durable. However, should a component on a vehicle break or in the event that you lose a part, we can support you in restoring all its functions in the majority of cases by fitting spare parts. Please also note our general instructions for use of our BRUDER toys to guarantee the items last for as long as possible.

Safe repairs

Please note that any repairs to items must be carried out by adults or under the supervision of adults to not restrict toys’ perfect function and thus their safety.
As a rule, we ask you to be careful when carrying out repairs. Especially make sure that you use tools that are facing away from your body to prevent any accidents.
